Website Setup and Configuration Instructions

Setup Instructions:

1. Click Setup, System Files, Company Database
2. On the Listing tab, scroll through and locate one of the company names from the list above to be setup
3. Double click on the company name to open and view the details
4. Click in the NAIC number field
5. Reference the company list above and enter the correct NAIC number
6. Click Save
7. Click Close to exit the setup screens.

*Note:  The Web Site Login Feature information must be setup for each individual Policy Profiler user.

Login Setup Instructions:

1. On the main Policy Profiler menu click Setup,  System Files,  User Web Setup
2. Click the Add button

3. Click to select a company from the drop down list

4. Type your User ID, Password, and User Name (user name will be specified if required)

5. Click Save

6. Click Close to exit to the main menu.

Use the Web Site Login Feature:

1. Open a Profile
2. Right click on the policy
3. Left click on the online inquiry
   *Note:  If the login setup has been created, depending on your connection speed, Internet Explorer should open and login to the website.
