Company Links Feature has
been enhanced.
The
prior version of Profiler included an online company access
feature, but the list of company website addresses was
maintained by the agency. Beginning with this update the
list of company websites accessible from within Profiler
will be maintained by Agency Technologies.
Agent
links for several insurance companies have been added. From
an open profile, right click on a policy or an account and
then select Online Inquiry to launch the associated
website. The first time you select Online Inquiry for Prime
Rate you will be redirected to the login options screen.
Select Agent Access and log onto the Prime Rate
website, for questions about logging into the Prime Rate
website call the Agency Technologies Help Desk. The
next time you use the Online Inquiry feature you will be
redirected to the account inquiry screen for the selected
account.
In
order for the links to work correctly, the PFC number MUST
be supplied for each company record in the company
database. Click the link below for a current list of
companies, as well as the steps to configure Policy
Profiler.

This update includes corrections to the way South Carolina
finance charges and payments are calculated. An error was
discovered in the rules to determine if the 1% per month
add-on rate or the $10 per payment method should be used.
This error has been corrected in this important update. |
|
Please note that this is not a change in Prime Rate Premium
Finance Corporation’s policy with regards to finance charges
or payments, but rather a correction to a rules error. |
