This update contains a new feature that allows you to receive updated underwriting guidelines from Prime Rate Premium Finance Corporation, Inc. without downloading account history or uploading payments and contracts. To perform a Guidelines Only update, on the Policy Profiler main menu, click Maintenance and then select Data Transfer, Prime Rate Communications. Under the Receive column, click Guidelines Only.

Windows XP SP2 users received an update to SP2 which prohibited Help files stored on a network drive from being run. The Help only functioned from the local hard drive. This update includes a change to accommodate the change in SP2 so that Help files can again be viewed.

Prime Rate Laser Draft Form 3005 has been revised. A Policy Profiler settings change may be required.

NOTE: The draft form number appears in small, vertical print along the right edge of the draft form as: SI FORM NO. 3005.

On the new revision of Prime Rate Laser Draft Form 3005, the RENEWAL checkbox is no longer pre-printed on the form. Upon reviewing your forms, IF you see that there is no RENEWAL checkbox shown between the NEW POLICY and ADDITIONAL PREMIUM checkboxes, then you will need to make the following change in the program so that your laser printer will print the RENEWAL checkbox when applicable:

1. On the Policy Profiler main menu, click Setup and then select Agency Setup, Agency Information.
2. Click the Prime Rate tab.
3. Enter Y in the Add Renewal Section to Draft 3005? field.
4. Click OK to save the change. Then, at the confirmation message, click Yes.
5. You will need to exit Policy Profiler to apply the change.
