Document Profiler System Terms |
- Document Profiler System's
software license is a perpetual license.
- Document Profiler System's
software license key is electronically transferred and your license
fee must be paid to receive a permanent license key.
- Document Profiler System's
software maintenance plan includes email support, telephone support
and software updates. The software maintenance subscription is for
a twelve-month term. The software maintenance fee is payable in
advance at an annual rate or a monthly rate. Monthly subscriptions
are billed on the 7th of each month with terms of Net 15. E-mail
and telephone support are available during Agency Technologies'
normal business hours, 8:30am - 5:30pm eastern time. Support is
limited to product use issues.
- Installation, training
services, and custom programming are available on a time and
expenses basis.
- Unless covered by a written
agreement with Agency Technologies, networking and hardware issues
are best solved by your network administrator or hardware support
organization. If your network administrator or hardware support
organization cannot resolve networking and hardware issues, Agency
Technologies networking and hardware support services are available
on a time, material, and expense basis.
- The determination as to what
constitutes a support incident is the sole discretion of Agency
Technologies, Inc.
- Corrupted database rebuilds are
commonly due to unstable computing environments or other issues not
covered by product support. Database rebuild services are available
on a time and expense basis.
- Prices subject to change
without notice.
- Any applicable taxes and fees
will be added to the price.
- Agency Technologies offers a
30-day trial period for Document Profiler System. No returns will
be allowed after the permanent license key has been issued.
